Bipromet S.A. with subsidiary companies such as Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane "Katowice" S.A ["Katowice" Building Joint-Stock Company] and Bipromet Ecosystem Ltd. is a Corporate Group which total sale in 2007 reached PLN 117.6 mln and net profit ca. PLN 12.5 mln. More than 260 people are employed in the Group.

"Katowice" Building Joint-Stock Company performs general realization of investments within the scope of:

• industrial construction,
• general construction of buildings,
• housing construction and public utilities infrastructure including: schools, kindergartens, gym halls, trading and service centers, recreational and sports centers, hospitals etc.,
• specialist building.
  

The works are performed in the general realization and subcontractor system. The object of a company also includes realization of maintenance and modernization works, assembly of steel structures, electrical and sanitary systems.

The object of the Bipromet Ecosystem Ltd. is:

• general realization of investments including technical design, delivery, assembly and start-up of equipment connected with the central heating systems,
• design services: modernization of c.h. systems, boiler plants, h.w., c.w., heat exchanger plants, heat distribution networks,
• service: heating systems, heat exchanger plants, equipment of heating automation,
• wholesale sale of central heating fittings, heating automation.
