Office space rental services

Bipromet S.A. is owner of the office complex in Katowice at 29 Graniczna Street including three buildings connected to each other of total useful surface 14,345 m2.

Bipromet S.A. rents office and trade spaces in three buildings A, B and C for several dozen of subjects, including many companies, self-government and provincial units, and organizations of various types.

 Total office and trade surface for rent is circa 11,900 m2:

  • in building A 5,657 m2
  • in building B 3,118 m2
  • in building C 3,118 m2

The described office buildings are equipped with telephone and teletype networks. Rooms in building B and in some parts of buildings A and C are air conditioned. Rental of office is characterized with high standard of finishing and high functionality. The arrangement of rooms is every time agreed with the tenant. 

Bipromet S.A. as the owner of the buildings performs repair and modernization works on regular basis aiming at improvement of conditions and working standards.

The vital trump of the object is its excellent communicational location - near the A4 highway connecting Cracow and Wroclaw and national highway no 1 (Warsaw-Cieszyn).
